Developing the physical, academic, social abilities and spiritual excellence of urban youth in Minneapolis. The Kelly Phillips foundation actively supports DinoMights by providing hockey equipment, financial support and volunteers for Dinomight activities.

Cathederal of the Pines

A youth camp located 260 miles north of Minneapolis serving young people by enhancing their spiritual and emotional development. Kelly was a camper and a counselor at this camp that she loved.

Organ Donation

One donor can affect up to 60 lives through organ and tissue donation. It was Kelly’s decision to donate life. Because Kelly was a giver it was second nature for her to be a giver eternally through the donation of her organs and tissues. The Kelly Phillips Charitable Foundation provides funding for safe teen driving initiatives as well as financial support for youth charities in church, athletics and academics. Serving the community and individuals alike inspires stewardship and participation necessary to change and teach—the way Kelly inspired and taught us.

Financial Support for the
Kelly Phillips Charitable Foundation

Donor Advised Fund

The Kelly Phillips Charitable Fund was established to provide a permanent source of financial support for youth charities. It’s focus will be charities involving spiritual, athletic and academic development. It also will provide financial support to Safe Teen Driving programs.

The Fund is administered and managed by the Lutheran Community Foundation. The Kelly Phillips Foundation will direct gifts annually to charities Kelly would have been excited to help.

The fund will grant gifts each year totaling 5% of the fund’s value. Through on going gifts and investment returns, the fund should grow and enable the Foundation to help more children for many years to come.
